Who can use Supplier API?
The Supplier API is built for referral partners in the Velocity Brokerage community. The Supplier API lets Velocity Agents direct borrowers to their partners for extra services in the mortgage application. This includes Solicitors, Insurers, Realtors, Appraisers and Closing Services.
Getting Started
Our Newton project team will gladly work through a plan to get you connected to our extensive Supplier API by setting up a development sandbox with access to POS application data entry to allow your team to work independently.
We will share our experiences and best practices to make this process as smooth as possible.
- Get – The Get service call will retrieve applications from our Link Bridge
- Set – The Ack service call acknowledges pending referral and removes it from the queue
Supplier API is based on SOAP and has a number of key security features built in, including but not limited to: End-to-End Security, Authorization of Senders, and more.

What is in the payload?
- Borrower(s) contact information including phone numbers and addresses
- May included subject property and mortgage information for specific referrals
- Lender information in the case of closing processing
- Consent from the borrower with e-signatures
