One of our most popular products, designed specifically for Real Estate Investors, is the Flip/BRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance) short-term mortgage. The empowers your Real Estate Investor clients to buy, fix up and resell for a profit, or renovate, rent, and refinance properties. To cater to the various short-term residential financing needs of your clients, we also offer Bridge and Interim Purchase loans in both Alberta and Ontario.
In Alberta, we offer additional loan options such as Debt Consolidation and Equity Take Out, enabling your homeowner clients to access the right funding options at the right time.

What We Do
- A simple and fast approval process where we can produce a commitment letter within 1 business day.
- Flexible, fully open mortgages with no prepayment penalties and no renewal fee options for borrowers in good standing.
- Free in-house valuations, with no appraisals required on properties valued up to $1.5 million. Appraisals are required on multi-family properties greater than four units.
Flip/BRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance)
- As little as $10K down in Alberta, and $20K down in Ontario for properties valued up to $800K. We do this by lending against the after-repair value on approved projects.
- We fund properties in all conditions and lend on the assignment fee for wholesale deals.
- We can pre-approve your client before submitting a project. We can also pre-approve their project before making an offer to purchase.
