| Newton continues to be committed to a fair, respectful, and safe work environment for everyone. Based on recently shared content within the industry about safety in the workplace, we feel compelled to externally share the principles we live by and apply internally. These ‘Employee Handbook – Code of Conduct’ principles govern our daily interactions with each other, vendors, clients and technology partners. We apply a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and bullying. Everyone, regardless of position or influence, deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. We commit to speak up and take action if we witness, or are party to, inappropriate behaviour. We hope this recent dialogue is a flashpoint to encourage real and lasting change. |
