Reconnect with past clients through targeted CRM campaigns and grow your business by bringing your Filogix database into Velocity with our easy-to-use Importer Tool!

1. The first step to importing your deals is to export your data from Expert:

  1. Log into your Expert account
  2. Select Tools > Extract to CRM
  3. Under Application check the Application box
  4. Select the specific dates
  5. Click Search
  6. Check off Select All Unlocked Records
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Extract Type and choose Consolidated
  8. Select the desired files
  9. Select Extract to CRM
  10. Save the files as a CSV file on your desktop (with your name in the title)

NOTE: If you have a ton of data in Filogix, we recommend focusing on the past 5 years.

2. To save time later, we recommend reviewing the file to ensure that the Deal Status (column B), is accurate. Change the status of any closed deals to Complete to ensure they will be picked up by the CRM.

3. To import your data into Velocity, click Tools > Importer. 

4. Select Data Type as Deal, and Data Source as Expert Consolidated, and upload your consolidated file, then click Upload. NOTE: If you have previously imported data, you can overwrite some existing information; hover over the Tool Tip for more information. 

5. When you your data automatically mapped into Velocity, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Import to Velocity. 

6. To finalize your import and allow your data to be accessed by the Velocity CRM, you will need to update your Historical Deals. Check out our Update your Imported Data video for more details.


Note:
The imported deals will automatically be assigned to the account of whoever is logged in and processing the import. Deals of one Agent should not be imported to the account of another. Ensure that your CSV only contains deals which belong to you or the account you are importing to.
